Refund policy

Purchases made directly through Diana Kauffman Designs boutiques, website or artist market:  Return Policy Effective 11/1/2025: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Eligible returns for store credit only within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Holiday exception: Purchases made 11/1/2025 -12/31/2025 that are eligible can be returned by 1/16/2026. This store credit never expires. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, tags attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returns of fragrances, permanent jewelry, intimates, holiday decor, Spongelle, candles, custom or final sale items. Items marked “final sale” on the product page are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Diana Kauffman Designs reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fifteen (15) day exchange period. 

Should you need to exchange, please:

1. Email us at support@dianakauffmandesigns.com within 5 days of receipt. Include a copy of your digital receipt, or refer to your receipt# in your email for proof of purchase. Please let us know what you would like to exchange your item for.

2. If your exchange is approved, we will email you instructions on how to send your return to us.

3. Packages received without our authorization will be refused.  Exchanges for another item is permitted within 15 days of purchase (with the exception of items purchased Nov 1-Dec 31, 2025 may be exchanged until January 16, 2026.) Item must be accompanied by original receipt, in original packaging and in unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note this policy only applies to orders purchased directly through Diana Kauffman Designs studio, website or artist markets.  

If your purchase was made at an authorized Diana Kauffman Designs retailer: You will need to return the item to the point of purchase. Policies may vary depending on point of purchase. We do not accept returns/exchanges of items purchased through retailers.
